Instructions
Turn Ninja Foodi on and select the "saute" function. Turn saute on hi.
Once Ninja Foodi is hot, pour in Olive Oil and add butter.
Add in chicken and saute until lightly browned on all sides. Stir chicken with silicone spatula.
Move chicken over to one side of the pot. Pour in whisked eggs and saute until the eggs are fully cooked.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add in onions, peas and carrots. Stir.
Add rice and chicken broth. Stir.
Close pressure cooking lid and, move valve to "seal" position and then pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
When the timer beeps, let the pressure natrually release for 10 minutes.
Move the valve to the "release" position to release any remaining pressure.
Open pressure cooking lid and add in bean sprouts, green onions and sesame seeds. Stir and serve.
