Combine, in a bowl, the cinnamon rolls, sugar, pecans, walnuts, Heath chips and apples.
Mix all ingredients until biscuits are evenly coated. You will want to make sure that the biscuit pieces are separated from each other and not clumped together.
Spray mini bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
Fill the mini bundt pan with biscuit mixture and press down until all of the mixture fits in the pan.
Pour 1 cup of water into Ninja Foodi.
Place mini bundt pan into Ninja Foodi using a sling or place on trivet.
Close "pressure cooking" lid and move valve to "seal" position.
Turn Ninja Foodi "on."Choose the "pressure cooking" setting and set time to 18 minutes.
Push "start."Once timer beeps, natural release pressure for 4 minutes and quick release remaining pressure.
Open Ninja Foodi lid. Remove mini bundt pan from Ninja Foodi and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Once cooled, flip bundt pan onto a serving plate and lift bundt pan away from the monkey bread.
Mix melted butter and brown sugar together and pour over Caramel Apple Monkey Bread. Drizzle canned frosting over monkey bread. Serve and enjoy!

Tips for this recipe:
Be sure to mix the cut up cinnamon rolls with the other ingredients pretty well. If you don't you will end up with clumps of cooked cinnamon rolls instead of ooey gooey monkey bread.
Do yourself a favor and add the walnuts and pecans. I threw them in on a whim and was so happy that I did! They really added a nice touch. The deep flavor and crunch were great in contrast to the sweet and soft cinnamon rolls and apples.
When you take the monkey bread out of the Ninja Foodi, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Why? If you don't it may not set-up as well and instead of having monkey bread, you'll end up with a pile of monkey nuggets lol.
