Turn the Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker on turn the dial to SEAR/SAUTE and push the temp button to turn it to HI and then hit the start button.
Add the butter to the pot.
Once the butter has melted, add the onions to the pot and sauté until lightly brown- stir frequently. This should take about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced potatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper and then pour in the oil and cook for about 5 minutes and then turn the potatoes.
Continue to turn potatoes every few minutes until all potatoes are brown and a bit crispy.
Remove the potatoes from the pot and serve. Enjoy!
Using a Skillet on the Stovetop:

Since the potatoes are thinly sliced, they will cook and become tender pretty quickly.
