Ninja Creami Boozy Cherry Garcia Ice Cream
My first try at using instant pudding as the base. I love dark cherries and dark chocolate!

Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- 1 ½ Cups Whole Milk
- ½ Cup Half and Half
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix ½ small package
- 2 Tablespoons Cherry Whiskey 1 Ounce-Bird Dog Whiskey- Black Cherry Flavor
Mix-Ins
- ½ Cup Dark Cherries Frozen dark sweet cherries- cut in half
- 2-3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Optional
- 1-2 Tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk until fully combined and the mix has started to thicken a bit.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint container and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
- Put into Ninja Creami and process on the Ice Cream setting.
- Remove pint from the machine and clear a hole to the bottom of the ice cream in the container.
- Add the cherries and put the pint back into the Creami.
- Process using the mix-ins process.
- Remove pint from the machine and clear a hole to the bottom of the ice cream in the container.
- Add the chocolate chips and put the pint back into the Creami.
- Process using the mix-ins process.
Notes
I add a small amount of alcohol to all of my mixes because it keeps the ice cream just above the soft serve stage even after putting back in the freezer. If you don’t want to use alcohol, it can be left out.
