Pour the yogurt, half of the peaches (without the syrup), vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and the sugar into a Ninja Creami Pint. Stir until well combined. Freeze on a level surface in a cold freezer for a full 24 hours.
After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid.
Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the LITE ICE CREAM button. During the LITE ICE CREAM function, the yogurt will mix together and become creamy. This should take approximately 2 minutes.
Once the LITE ICE CREAM function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.
Don't panic if the frozen yogurt is dry and crumbly. Dig a hole down the center of the frozen yogurt and pour in the remaining peaches (without the syrup) and the Honey Bunches of Oats. Add a teaspoon of milk if it's dry and crumbly.
Place the Ninja Creami pint back into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the "MIX INS" button and process.
Your frozen yogurt is ready to eat! Enjoy!
Notes
Can you use fresh peaches in the Ninja Creami?Yes! You sure can. You can use fresh or canned peaches for this recipe. You don't even need to peel the peaches if you don't want to. If you are only using the fruit to make a treat, you will need to either blend the fresh peaches up or add a liquid of some sort to the base so that the pint is completely filled with no spaces in it.Why is there a greasy feel to my ice cream?Sometimes using heavy cream or full-fat cream can turn into a buttery texture. This can create a greasy feel on your spoon. To correct this issue, add less heavy cream or use half and half or milk instead. What are "Honey Bunches of Oats, Just the Bunches?"You've probably heard of Honey Bunches of Oats, the cereal. Well, the best part of that cereal is the clusters of sweet oats. If you take away the cereal flakes and leave behind just the bunches...you end up with the perfect little clusters of sweet oaty goodness...which works perfectly for making Ninja Creami Peach Cobbler Frozen Yogurt!
