Pour the unsweetened almond milk, peach yogurt, chopped peaches, sugar substitute, protein powder, vanilla bean paste, and guar gum into a small blender and blend until all of the ingredients have combined together. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours. Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid getting a bump on the top of the frozen mixture, freeze with the lid off of the container.
Process the Ice Cream
After 24 hours, remove the pint container from the freezer.
Place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and then process on "LITE ICE CREAM."
If the ice cream is dry or crumbly looking (like sand), pour in a tablespoon or two of unsweetened almond milk and then re-spin. If the ice cream looks like little balls of ice cream, respin without adding liquid. You may have to repeat this process a couple of times.
Dig a well down the center of the ice cream and pour in the chopped peaches. Process on mix-ins.
Remove the pint from the machine and enjoy!

Notes
Is it okay to use canned peaches instead of fresh peaches for this recipe?Yes. You can used canned peaches. But, make sure that you drain the juice and chop the peaches up into bite-sized pieces. If you don't drain the juice, the ice cream will not be scoopable. Instead, it will be more like soft serve ice cream.Do you have to peel peaches before using them in the Ninja Creami? When fresh peaches are used in the base recipe, you don't need to peel them. The peels will get creamified and you won't even know they were there. If you are using peaches for mix-ins, you should peel them as the skins won't get broken up very much and you'll be able to see and feel them in the ice cream. Can frozen peaches be used for this recipe?Like with any fruit, if you are adding the frozen peaches to the ice cream base, you'll need to thaw them enough to get them to blend together with the other base ingredients. If you are using frozen peaches as mix-ins, you need to completely thaw them.
