Instructions
Make the Ice Cream Mixture
Combine cream, milk, and honey in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Once the mixture is hot, add the goat cheese and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Process the Ice Cream
After 24 hours, remove the pint container from the freezer and set it on the counter for 5 to 10 minutes.
Place the Ninja Creami pint container into the outer bowl and then into the Ninja Creami Machine. Select the ICE CREAM process.
After ICE CREAM process has completed, remove the pint from the Ninja Creami and make a 1-inch wide hole down the center of the ice cream.
Add in mix-ins.
Place the outer bowl back into the Ninja Creami Machine. Select the RE-SPIN process.
Remove the pint from the Ninja Creami.
If the ice cream is too soft at this point, place the pint container back into the freezer for a few hours, or until it has met your desired consistency. There should be no need to respin.
