Pour the milk, allulose, pudding mix, and vanilla bean paste into a small blender and blend until all ingredients are fully combined. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours. Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit.
Process the Ice Cream
After 24 hours, remove the Ninja Creami container from the freezer. If there is a large bump in the ice cream, melt or scrape the large bump so that the top is level.
Place the Ninja Creami container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and then process on "ICE CREAM."
If the ice cream is dry or crumbly looking (like sand), pour in a tablespoon or two of milk and then re-spin. If the ice cream looks more like little balls of ice cream, re-spin without adding liquid. You may have to respin a couple of times.
Notes
Can you really make good flavor and texture ice cream with only 4 ingredients?
Yes, you can! This is a super easy recipe with very few ingredients but it creates the thickest, creamiest, vanilla flavored ice cream, and it’s low calorie!
Can mix-ins be added to this recipe?
This recipe is the PERFECT base for any and all mix-ins. If adding mix-ins, you likely won’t need to re-spin before the mxi-ins. Add sugar-free chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, or peppermint patties.
***Adding mix-ins can add a lot of calories to the recipe so be careful not to add too much.
Does vanilla pudding ice cream taste like pudding?
While the instant vanilla pudding does add to the flavor of the ice cream, it tastes more like a rich vanilla ice cream than it tastes like pudding.
The more pudding you add, the more it will taste like pudding and the thicker the ice cream will get. But, if you add too much pudding, it will start to get almost gooey in texture...like frozen pudding.
