Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined- This should only take a second or two.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Put the lid on the pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the outer bowl.
Choose the "Sorbet" button and process.
Re-spin to process the sherbet a second time.
Remove the pint and serve! Enjoy!
Notes
Can I freeze watermelon? If you are planning on eating the watermelon as a slice or chunk, I would not recommend freezing it as the texture will be way off from the original texture of the watermelon. There is way too much water in watermelon for it to freeze well unless you are planning on using it to make a frozen treat like watermelon sherbet or sorbet. Can I use watermelon juice to make watermelon sherbet in the Ninja Creami? No, I would not recommend using bottled watermelon juice to make watermelon sherbet. Some stores sell freshly "squeezed" watermelon juice, but as you can see when you purchase it, the watermelon pulp and the water separate. If you use the fresh watermelon juice, it will stay separated when frozen and will be like trying to process a block of ice.
