Choose the AIR CRISP function. Set to 375 degrees for 45 minutes for very small potatoes. If you are using larger potatoes, increase the cooking time by 5-15 minutes.
Push the PREHEAT button.
While the Ninja Foodi Grill is preheating, prick the potatoes with a fork several times all over, brush the potatoes with Olive Oil, and then sprinkle with salt.
Once the Ninja Foodi Grill has finished preheating and says ADD FOOD, open the lid and place the potatoes into the crisping basket. Close the lid.
When the Ninja Foodi Grill says FLIP FOOD (about halfway through the full cook time) open the lid and use silicone tongs to flip the potatoes over.
When the cooking time is complete, open the lid and squeeze one of the potatoes. If they are finished cooking, remove the potatoes from the Ninja Foodi Grill. If the potatoes are still hard and not cooked all of the way, add an additional 5 minutes to the cook time. Continue to check on the potatoes every 5 minutes and add an additional 5 minutes as needed.
Make a slit in the top of the potato and add your toppings! Enjoy!

Notes
Should baked potatoes be wrapped in foil? You can, but it's really not necessary. Actually, I think the potato comes out even better when it's not wrapped in foil. If you wrap the potato in foil, you won't get crispy, salty skin on the potato. Just coat the potato in Olive oil and kosher salt and you're all set!How do I know when the potato is baked and ready to eat?The internal temperature of a perfectly baked potato is about 210 degrees Fahrenheit. You can check the temperature with a meat thermometer or you can just squeeze the potato and see if it feels soft. The potato should be soft enough that you can squeeze it a little bit but not so soft that it starts to separate from the skin on the inside. Sometimes, if you overbake the potato, the inside will start to pull away from the skin and when you go to squeeze it, there is a gap between the skin and the inside of the potato.
