Toss the cleaned and halved Brussels sprouts in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and lightly coat with avocado oil.
If you are using the new Ninja 2 basket air fryer, you will only need to use one of the 2 baskets unless you are doubling the recipe. Pour the seasoned and oiled brussels sprouts into the left side basket of the air fryer and then close the basket. Choose the left basket by pushing the “1” button. Push the “air fry” button and then change the temperature to 375 degrees and change the time to 20 minutes. Push the start/pause button and air fry for 20 minutes in total. Every 5 or 6 minutes, push the start/pause button and open the basket and flip the Brussels sprouts around in the basket to ensure that all brussels sprouts get evenly air fried.
While the Brussels sprouts are air frying, spread the goat cheese on the bottom of a shallow bowl or on a large serving plate. The goat cheese will be the base for your Brussels sprouts.
When the timer beeps, open the basket and gently pour the Brussels sprouts onto your goat cheese coated serving dish.
Pour honey evenly across the top of the brussels sprouts and sprinkle praline pecans on top. Enjoy!
