Brussels sprouts….let’s talk about it. People either LOVE them or HATE them!! I LOVE them. However, growing up I HATED them. My parents use to make frozen Brussels sprouts and boil them on the stove and then serve them with french dressing poured on them. WHAT??? That’s a big no for me.

It wasn’t until much later in life that I started to be more open-minded about Brussels sprouts. I found that if you fry or roast them with a ton of butter, garlic, and bacon…they are AMAZING!!! But, realistically, what’s not amazing after adding a bunch of butter, garlic, and bacon?

This recipe for Ninja Foodi Praline Pecan Brussels Sprouts is a more sophisticated take on Brussels sprouts. The addition of goat cheese, honey, and fancy praline pecans elevates the flavors and the result is fantastic!!

I made Ninja Foodi Praline Pecan Brussels Sprouts in my new Ninja Foodi 2 basket air fryer, but you can make this recipe in any air fryer.
Tips for making Ninja Foodi Praline Pecan Brussels Sprouts:
1. Buy fresh Brussels sprouts for this recipe, not frozen or canned. The frozen and canned Brussels sprouts will not crisp up in the air fryer.
2. Be sure to clean the Brussels sprouts really well. You want to make sure that you don’t have any dirt or yellowed leaves on the Brussels sprouts when cooking them.
3. Cut up the Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters. If you like your Brussels sprouts extra crispy, separate some of the leaves from the body of the Brussels sprouts. The separate leaves crisp up nicely in comparison to the whole Brussels sprout.
4. If you can’t find praline pecans, you can use regular pecans. I found these delicious praline pecans at Costco and had to buy them!! Now, I want to put them on EVERYTHING!!!
6.Don’t skip the goat cheese. It might sound a little strange at first, but once you try it you will be amazed at how delicious it is!!
