This recipe uses canned peaches, which means you can make Ninja Creami peach frozen yogurt even when peaches are not in season or are not super ripe at the grocery store. The sweetness of the peaches goes really well with the creaminess and bit of tang that the yogurt provides. It’s the perfect sweet, creamy, and refreshing treat.
After taking a bite of my Ninja Creami Low Calorie Peach Frozen Yogurt, you’d never know that you’re eating “healthy, “low calorie frozen yogurt. By using canned fruit in juice instead of in syrup, using allulose instead of sugar, and using zero sugar yogurt as the dairy, you can make a healthier alternative to a traditional peach frozen yogurt.

Switch up the flavor a little by adding other fruits, like mango, blueberries, or banana, to the base recipe before freezing.
If you’re looking to add a little crunch, try adding in granola, graham crackers, vanilla wafers or cookies, sprinkles, chopped walnuts or pecans, coconut flakes, or white chocolate chips,

If you like peach recipes, make sure you try my recipes for peaches and cream ice cream, peach sorbet, peach cobbler frozen yogurt, and peaches and cream protein frozen yogurt.

Tips for making Ninja Creami Low Calorie Peach Frozen Yogurt:
Any vanilla yogurt can be used. However, the nutritional information will change based on the yogurt that you use. If you prefer, you can use yogurt with sugar in it, regular (non-Greek) yogurt, or a different brand.
Since there are no mix-ins for this recipe, it’s easy to eat the leftovers. When ready to eat again, put the leftovers (in the Ninja Creami container) back into the Ninja Creami and process on “LITE ICE CREAM” again.
Yes, you can use fresh peaches frozen peaches, or canned peaches. If you use fresh peaches y0ou do not need to peel them as the peel gets completely incorporated into the frozen yogurt after processing. If you use frozen peaches, thaw them first so that you can easily blend them with the rest of the base ingredients.
Yes, you can use frozen peaches instead of canned peaches in this recipe. However, you will need to thaw the peaches before adding them to the base. If you don’t thaw the peaches, you won’t be able to blend them together with the other ingredients.
Yes, you can make this recipe dairy-free by using a dairy alternative yogurt like coconut milk or almond milk yogurt instead of traditional dairy based yogurt.
After the first spin, the frozen yogurt might not be the creamy texture you are expecting. Don’t panic. It’s totally normal and really easy to fix! Re-spin is your friend. If the frozen yogurt is super dry and crumbly looking, add a tablespoon or two of liquid like milk, cream, or reserved peach juice from the can, and then put the frozen yogurt back into the Ninja Creami machine and push the re-spin button. If the frozen yogurt looks more like little balls of ice cream, re-spin without adding any liquid. Voila! Your frozen yogurt should be smooth and creamy!

Ingredient tips and substitutions for making Ninja Creami Low Calorie Peach Frozen Yogurt:
The full ingredient list is at the bottom of this post in the recipe card.

- Yogurt-Zero sugar, vanilla, Greek yogurt is used for this recipe. If you use plain Greek yogurt, you’ll need to add a little extra vanilla to the base recipe. You can use any type of yogurt that you would like. Use a yogurt that you like the taste of. If the yogurt is very tart, the frozen yogurt will also be tart. If the yogurt has a strong flavor, that flavor will also be present in the frozen yogurt. You do not have to use Greek yogurt.
- Canned Peaches-Canned peaches in 100% juice (drain most of the juice). You can use fresh or frozen peaches instead of canned. If you use frozen peaches, thaw them before adding them to the base recipe.
- Allulose-To help keep the calories low, I used allulose. Allulose tastes similar to sugar, does not have a “fake” sugar taste, and is a 1:1 ratio with sugar. Feel free to use your favorite sweetener/sugar substitute that is a 1:1 ratio with sugar (ex. monk fruit sweetener, Stevia, Splenda etc.)
- Vanilla Bean Paste-I prefer the rich vanilla flavor that you get from vanilla bean paste, but if you prefer you can use an equal amount of vanilla extract instead.
Directions for Making the Ice Cream Mixture
- Pour the yogurt, allulose, vanilla bean paste, and canned peaches into a small blender and blend until all ingredients are fully combined. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours. Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit.

Directions for Processing the Ice Cream Mixture
- After 24 hours, remove the Ninja Creami container from the freezer. If there is a large bump in the frozen yogurt, melt or scrape the large bump so that the top is level.
- Place the Ninja Creami container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and then process on “LITE ICE CREAM.”
- If the frozen yogurt is dry or crumbly looking (like sand), pour in a tablespoon or two of reserved peach juice and then re-spin. If the frozen yogurt looks more like little balls of ice cream, re-spin without adding liquid. You may have to respin a couple of times.

Recipes that use allulose:
Allulose is a low calorie sweetener that your body doesn’t fully digest, so it provides only 0.4 calories per gram instead of 4. That’s why the calorie total doesn’t match what you’d expect from the carb count. Calories from allulose are calculated based on metabolized carbohydrates. Allulose contributes fewer calories than standard carbohydrates.
