    Ninja Foodi Spinach Artichoke Dip

    I love artichokes! Spinach...not so much! Even though I don't like spinach, I seem to gravitate towards spinach artichoke dip when we are out and about at restaurants. I like my dip extra creamy and extra cheesy! This is a great recipe for a potluck, a snack while watching the big game or as a meal. Yes, I said as a meal lol. I ate an entire bowl with Hawaiian bread for lunch. It's that good!

    This recipe was made using the Ninja® Foodi™ 8-qt. 9-in-1 Deluxe XL Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer but can also be made using the Ninja® Foodi® 14-in-1 8-qt. XL Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer with SmartLid™

    Tips for making Ninja Foodi Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Can I add more artichokes?

    If you love artichokes as much as I do, add a second can of them to this recipe...you won't be disappointed!

    Can I serve spinach artichoke dip cold or should it be served warm?

    Eat while it's warm. With all of the Cheesy goodness in this recipe, it is much better when it's served warm.

    What can I serve spinach artichoke dip with?

    Serve with Hawaiian bread! The sweetness of the Hawaiian bread pairs well with the creamy salty goodness of the Ninja Foodi Spinach & Artichoke dip.

    What kind of parmesan cheese should I use?

    Use shredded Parmesan instead of grated. The grated Parmesan creates a grainy texture where the shredded creates gooey cheesy goodness!

    Ingredient substitutions and tips for making Ninja Foodi Spinach Artichoke Dip:

    Mozzarella cheese- Shredded

    Parmesan cheese
    - Shredded works the best but you can use grated instead.

    Pepper jack cheese-
    If you would prefer, you can substitute it with more mozzarella cheese.

    Cream Cheese-
    Low fat or regular works for this recipe.

    Mayonnaise-
    It sounds strange, but it adds a nice flavor and additional creaminess to the recipe.

    Chicken broth-
    You can use water or vegetable broth if you don't have chicken broth.

    Sour cream-
    Low fat or regular works for this recipe.

    Frozen spinach-
    Make sure you fully thaw and drain the liquid from the spinach before using it in this recipe. You can use fresh spinach instead if you would like.

    Minced garlic- If you like the flavor of garlic, feel free to add a little extra or omit if you prefer.

    Can artichokes drained
    - Canned artichokes work the best for this recipe. You can use frozen artichoke hearts but they tend to get mushier than the canned version.

    Directions for making Ninja Foodi Spinach Artichoke Dip:

    1. Add garlic to Ninja Foodi

    2. Add chicken broth

    3. Add mayonnaise

    4. Add sour cream

    5. Add spinach

    6. Add cream cheese

    7. Add Artichokes

    8. Stir until combined

    9. Close pressure cooker lid- move the valve to “seal” position and
    cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.

    10.When the timer ends, quick-release pressure by moving the valve to the release position and remove the lid once all pressure has released.

    11. Stir and add cheese.

    • Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese
    • 8 oz. Pepper jack cheese
    • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
    • ½ Cup mayonnaise
    • ½ Cup chicken broth
    • ½ Cup sour cream
    • 10 oz. frozen spinach- thawed
    • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 14 oz. Can artichokes drained

    Instructions

    • Add garlic to Ninja Foodi
    • Add chicken broth
    • Add mayonnaise
    • Add sour cream
    • Add spinach
    • Add cream cheese
    • Add Artichokes
    • Stir until combined
    • Close pressure cooker lid- move valve to “seal” position
    • Cook on high pressure 4 minutes
    • Quick release pressure and remove lid
    • Stir and add cheese
